Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join the team of one of our most prestigious clients in the luxury goods sector. You will work closely with the Tech Team Lead while also performing the role of Proxy Product Owner along with the Technical Owner of the platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional expertise of the API Platforms, from the big picture, down to the business rule on a component
  • Capture, analyse and refine requirements from the various stakeholders
  • Share clear and complete requirements to the team and stakeholders
  • Anticipate and analyse solutions to address existing and future pain points
  • Own and manage the product backlog
  • Own and manage the Product personas
  • Own and manage the product documentation exposed to the users
  • Own and manage the functional internal documentation of the product
  • Participate to the elaboration of the Product vision along with the Product Owner, and share this vision to the team and to stakeholders
  • Ensure a global coherence of the product
  • Maintain visibility of backlog items to concerned stakeholders
  • Test and approve developed functionalities
  • Communicate new releases and features to the users
  • Elaborate and manage communication campaigns on specific topics with the concerned user population
  • Participate to issue analysis

Minimum requirements

  • Experience working with REST APIs as Consumer & Provider (oData, graphQL & asynchronous messages are desirable)
  • Experience with oauth2 flows (OpenID Connect is a plus)
  • Experience with CICD pipelines is a plus
  • Capacity to use browser development tools to analyse web pages, console outputs & HTTP flows
  • Atlassian Jira & Confluence experience
  • Experience of large (>500 items) backlog management
  • Experience as functional expert on a domain (with more than 300 users is desirable)
  • Excellent proactive (e.g. KPIs) and reactive (e.g. bug) analytic skills
  • Excellent synthesis and redactional skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Mockup skills to visually express requirements (Gimp experience is a plus)
  • Capacity to trace important information and find it back quickly
