- Agile Methodology Implementation: Develop, adapt, and champion agile methodologies (e.g.,Scrum, Kanban) specifically tailored for low-code application development projects.
- Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops to onboard teams onto agile principles, practices, and ceremonies relevant to low-code development. This includes creating engaging training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing support to low-code development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to embed agile ways of working, facilitate self-organization, and promote continuous improvement.
- Tooling & Reporting: Identify, configure, and implement agile tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into project progress, team performance, and application health within the low-code environment.
- Ceremony Facilitation: Guide and facilitate key agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with low-code project goals.
Minimum requirements
▪ 5+ years of experience
▪ Agile Expertise: Deep and proven expertise in various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe principles) with practical experience in their application.
▪ Training & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs and provide impactful coaching to individuals and teams at various levels of agile maturity.
▪ Low-Code Platform Understanding: Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their application development lifecycle. Familiarity with common low-code platforms is a significant advantage, notably PEGA and Mendix.
▪ Tooling & Metrics: Experience in setting up and utilizing agile project management tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence) and defining relevant metrics and reports.
▪ Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
▪ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving impediments.
▪ Material Creation: Proven ability to create high-quality training, explanation, and process documentation materials.
▪ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt approaches to suit diverse team needs.
